At Stamina Products, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to ensure safe transport.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
